These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by EZ Mobile DNA, www.ezmobiledna.com, doing business as Mississippi Testing Services (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking an appointment, receiving services, or interacting with our team, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

EZ Mobile DNA offers the following services: Legal and non-legal DNA testing (paternity, maternity, sibling, avuncular, grandparent, immigration, etc.), ink fingerprinting, DOT and non-DOT drug testing (urine, rapid, and hair follicle), STD and HIV lab panels, phlebotomy services, and consortium program management for DOT-regulated employers. All services are offered by appointment only at our office or approved commercial testing locations. We do not provide in-home or residential drug testing services.

2. Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments must be scheduled in advance via phone, email, or our website. Same-day appointments are welcome but are subject to availability. Clients must arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period will be honored; late arrivals may result in rescheduling. No-shows or cancellations within less than 24 hours may result in a rescheduling fee. Walk-ins are not guaranteed and are subject to staff availability.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and approved business checks. Cash may be accepted for some services with prior approval. DNA testing and specialty services must be paid in full before sample collection. All payments are final. No refunds will be issued once a service has been rendered or a sample has been collected.

4. Legal and Court-Admissible Testing

EZ Mobile DNA only partners with accredited laboratories to ensure that legal DNA test results meet chain-of-custody and court standards. It is the client’s responsibility to inform us if the test will be used for legal purposes at the time of scheduling. Non-legal tests may not be admissible in court. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete client information.

5. Confidentiality and Privacy

All personal information and test results are kept confidential in compliance with HIPAA and industry standards. Results are only released to authorized parties designated on the chain-of-custody or consent form. We will not disclose your test results to any third party without written consent, unless required by law.

6. Result Delivery Times

DNA test results are typically available within 2–5 business days. Rapid drug screen results are generally available within 15–30 minutes. Hair follicle and lab-based drug tests may take 2–5 business days. STD and HIV test results may take 1–3 business days. Delays may occur due to lab processing times, holidays, or incomplete documentation.

7. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to: Provide accurate and truthful personal information. Follow instructions given by staff and collectors. Respect the professional boundaries of our team and other clients. Not use our services for fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

EZ Mobile DNA is not a laboratory. We serve as a third-party collection agency and testing provider. We are not responsible for laboratory delays, inconclusive results, or third-party processing issues. We are not liable for legal decisions, employment outcomes, or other consequences resulting from test results. All test results are based solely on the accuracy of the sample submitted and processed by the laboratory.

9. Refusal of Service

EZ Mobile DNA reserves the right to refuse service to anyone: Who is disrespectful, threatening, or disruptive; Who is under the influence of drugs or alcohol; Who fails to follow safety protocols; Or whose request falls outside the scope of our services.

10. Age Restrictions

Clients must be 18 years or older to authorize testing. For minors, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent and proper documentation.

11. Re-Testing and Disputes

Re-testing requests may incur an additional fee. If a specimen is rejected due to client error (e.g., insufficient sample, tampering), the client is responsible for all re-collection fees. Disputes regarding results must be directed to the testing laboratory.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.

13. Changes to Terms

EZ Mobile DNA reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these updated terms.
